The South Edmonton Elite Baseball Association known as the Edmonton Expos is proud to present a Fall and Winter Training program for 15U and 18U players that couples detailed baseball skill development with speed, strength, and agility training to produce well-rounded elite athletes. As proud supporters of Baseball Alberta, we understand the commitment that is required to build strong athletes for the community of baseball in the Edmonton region which provides a pathway for our Baseball Alberta Athletes to further hone their athletic skills.
SEEBA's fall and winter programming will focus on the overall athletic development of our athletes through weekly, speed, agility, and strength sessions facilitated by certified trainers, Kinesiologists, Athletic Therapists, or specific coaches who will lead and coach our group in such things as running mechanics for the duration of the fall and winter. Baseball-specific skill-building, and practice will also occur during the fall and winter months. We will endeavor to break into positional group work which will provide specific instruction and performance coaching to players seeking to hone their craft. The SEEBA offseason program will be tailored to develop players enabling them to showcase themselves during evaluations in March.
Will be starting in January 2024. See the full details here.
