The Edmonton Expos Off-Season Program couples detailed baseball skill development with speed, strength, and agility training to produce well-rounded elite athletes. As proud supporters of Baseball Alberta, we understand the commitment that is required to build strong athletes for the community of baseball in the Edmonton region, which provides a pathway for our Baseball Alberta Athletes to hone their athletic skills further.
Baseball-specific skill-building, and practice will also occur during the fall and winter months. We will endeavour to break into positional group work, which will provide specific instruction and performance coaching to players seeking to hone their craft.
